When booking your appointment with us a deposit is required, however it will be deducted from your total balance.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel your appointment!(you are able to reschedule)

Are you Bonded & Insured? Yes we are fully licensed Bonded &Insured.
Do you have any hidden charges? We do NOT have any kind of hidden charges, everything you need for your move is included in our rate. (we will go over pricing & rates beforehand while going over the contract agreement together.)
Do you charge for any time you take a break / lunch? NO we will stop the clock on your moving time if a break is needed.

How can i help my move be more efficient? Our team will do everything to make your move go as smooth / fast as possible. Customers can help by boxing up loose items, have any pets or children away from the area where we are moving heavy items.
Do i give workers a tip? A tip is always appreciated but not a requirement.
